Enjoy a cosy house located in a private residential community next to the San Juan Reservoir, perfect for unwinding and enjoying a peaceful stay surrounded by nature.
The house has 2 bedrooms: one with a 150 × 190 cm double bed and another with two 90 × 190 cm single beds. It also features a bathroom with shower, a living and dining area with sofa, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for your stay.
One of the highlights of the house is the terrace overlooking the San Juan Reservoir, the perfect place to relax and enjoy the surroundings. There is also a second terrace with a barbecue, ideal for outdoor lunches and dinners.
During the summer months, guests can enjoy the shared swimming pool and garden area within the residential community. The pool is open during the summer season, from 1 July to 31 August.
